Waste Bins & Containers

At Veolia we provide a range of skip bins, waste bins and containers to meet any of your commercial waste management needs. Our bins include small sized containers (rear-lift bins), medium sized bins (front-lift bins) and large sized containers (bulk waste bins).

Waste comes in all sizes, but fortunately, so too do our Veolia Skips. Whether you are looking to dispose food, paper and cardboard, batteries, construction waste, electronic waste or one of many other streams, we have the bin to suit your needs.

Small Sized Containers: Rear Lift Bins

Rear lift Wheelie bins are recommended for sites with limited restrictions. Lightweight & very manoeuvrable, they are easy to use and can be secured with lockable lids. At Veolia we can provide a range of wheelie bins for collection with a rear-lift vehicle, ranging in 120, 240, 660 and 1100 litres sizes, depending on your intended waste type, including
  • General (mixed)  waste
  • Commingle – glass, plastic, bottles, aluminium & steel cans
  • Paper & cardboard
  • Security paper
  • Organic / food waste

Medium Sized Containers: Front Lift Services

At Veolia we provide three standard front-lift container sizes, however other bin sizes can be built on request. Standard sizes include:
  • 1.5 cubic metre
  • 3.0 cubic metre
  • 4.5 cubic metre
A "Master Key" padlocking system can be added for further security.

Waste types collected include:
  • General
  • Paper / cardboard
  • Comingled

Large Sized Containers: Bulk Waste Services

Bulk bins are ideal for large volumes of un-compacted waste and require locations with adequate space capable of taking these larger bins. We can provide containers ranging from 2.5 cubic metre containers, generally used for site clean ups, right through to a fully integrated 31 cubic metre compactor for sites with high volumes of waste production.

We are one of the largest suppliers of compaction systems in Australia and maintain a highly effective range of containers and compactor’s suitable for a variety of waste requirements. Waste type collections include:
  • General (mixed) waste
  • Paper / cardboard
  • Timber
  • Scrap steel / metals
  • Process waste
  • Construction waste
  • Plastics (HDPE / LDPE)

As part of our bulk waste services, we provide equipment solutions that are tailored to your waste requirements. Pick-ups can be scheduled on request, including on weekends and public holidays.

Compaction Systems
Compaction systems are ideal for large volumes of compactable waste and limited storage areas. Compactors are available in a wide range of sizes to suit all workplace requirements.

Our Compactor Efficiency Program optimises container collections and improves efficiency. An SMS/email is sent when the compactor is 75% full, allowing us to adjust and improve the frequency of emptying. Improving the frequency provides cost savings as the compactor is only serviced when necessary. It also ensures that the compactor will be emptied at the appropriate time so it is not over-filled and stops your operations. This process is part of our regular reviews, adjusting compactor scheduling to maximise load efficiencies.
